  • -Shine Together regularly serves Lynn, Swampscott, Marblehead, Melrose, Salem, Beverly, Danvers and Peabody.

    -Shine Together teams will also head to Cape Ann to serve Gloucester, Rockport, Essex, Ipswich, and Hamilton on a more limited basis

    -We will serve many areas close to our headquarters, simply ask!

  • Fees are based on the condition and size of the home/office.  To get an estimate, click here for our questionnaire and we will get back to you soon.

  • Shine Together  is committed to your family’s health and the health of the environment.  We avoid toxic chemicals and use environmentally-friendly cleaning products.  We also use HEPA vacuums to improve your indoor air quality.  

  • Customers pay by credit card online when scheduling your cleaning appointment.  

  • You can cancel or reschedule by emailing shinetogether@shinetogethercoop.com

  • If your appointment falls on a holiday, we will check in to remind you to reschedule.  Our coordinators will also be ready to support you with rescheduling.

  • We are here to make your life easier.  Our team will be most efficient if you pick up toys, laundry, and clutter before the team arrives, which can lessen the cost.  Leave fresh linens out so that we can change your sheets and towels.  But, if you don’t have time, we are ready to clean up any mess and will pile or arrange items we find on the floor or on furniture.  If you need additional help with organizing, laundry, etc, we are happy to tackle that for an additional charge.

  • We’ll take care of it.  Shine Together will arrive at your home with our own environmentally friendly cleaning products and and all the equipment we need to clean your home.

  • It is up to you.  We would love to say hello, and if you choose to be home (during COVID-times), we require that you wear a mask and remain socially distant.  If you prefer not to be home, we ask that you coordinate ahead of time to let us know how we will get in, e.g. leaving the key in a safe place or providing codes for alarm systems, security boxes, etc.  Some customers also choose to give us a key, which we will keep safe between visits.

  • Shine Together will do our best to have the same team clean your home every time.  In some cases, there may be a change in your team because of illness or vacations.  It is the job of Shine Together’s team leaders to learn your home and train other members so that you get the best possible services every time.

  • Absolutely! Shine Together team members go through extensive training, and it shows in our detail-oriented work. 

  • There is no need to tip team members, but if you are especially impressed, you are welcome to do so.

  • Yes.  We love pets and want to keep them safe and happy.  Please let us know what kinds of pets you have, if any, so that we can make sure not to let them out accidentally or surprise them with our entry.  If your pets get nervous around visitors, we ask you to secure them as appropriate.  

  • Yes. Our services are 100% satisfaction-guaranteed. If you aren’t happy with our services, we will gladly come back free of charge to have us come and re-clean.  We want to make sure you are one of our most satisfied customers!

  • If you see that we missed a spot, please call us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area, free of charge.

  • Shine Together is a legal LLC, registered by the state and fully insured.  We also handle all potential workers’ compensation claims, so you do not have to worry about them.
